Político was born out of a desire to provide a platform that goes beyond the typical left vs. right narrative, and instead focuses on community-driven initiatives and voices that are working towards positive change within the political system. Initially named PolíticoCast (terrible name), the podcast has quickly gained traction with over ten thousand downloads on Spotify and seven thousand downloads on other platforms.

Our goal at Político with Juan Collado Díaz is to offer a diverse range of perspectives on politics, human rights, and unbiased media from voices across the political spectrum. As a 22-year-old Hispanic activist residing in Cleveland, I proudly identify as a progressive libertarian. My stance on human rights aligns with the liberal viewpoint. I staunchly oppose racism, fascism, hate, and bigotry. I advocate for the legalization of cannabis, LGBTQ+ rights, abortion rights, and all other human rights.
