The principle of separation of church and state has been a foundational aspect of American society since the nation's inception, with the First Amendment of the Constitution providing protections for religious freedom. Today, as concerns about the rise of theocratic governance grow, there is no better time to engage in a discussion about this vital issue. In this episode, one of my good friends and protest buddies Jacqueline O'Reilly joins me as we share our perspectives on the separation of church and state and why this is such an important necessity in our nation now more than ever. Jacqueline knows that a theocratical government will be the doom of American society as we know it and it will open a path to a fascist dictatorship where the government has control over people's speech and women's bodies.
