In this episode, we explore the phenomenon commonly referred to as Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS). It is essential to note that TDS has not been officially recognized as a legitimate mental health condition by any recognized mental health or medical organizations. The term is often employed by far-right individuals to label those who oppose or perceive the 47th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, as a threat to the integrity of the government.

In this episode, we examined the theory suggesting that Covid-19 is a hoax. It is important to note that there is no definitive evidence supporting the claim that Covid-19, also known as Coronavirus, is a hoax or a biological weapon originating from China.

ELECTIONS: The Odd Case of Tina Peters
Ft. Peter Ticktin, ESQ
Tina Peters and many others claim to be victims of radical leftist political attacks. But is that the full story? Attorney Peter Ticktin, a certified Esquire, has been involved not only in cases involving Ms. Peters but also in cases related to January 6 defendants and their presidential pardons.
In this episode, we explore the political disadvantages faced by both the left and the right, and the ongoing political war fueled by both extremes. We discuss how these attacks may be part of a broader strategy to target and prosecute both sides until one emerges victorious. What do you think—are these political attacks destined to end soon?
Peter Ticktin attended New York Military Academy, then skipped two years of college to enter medical school. After a year, he switched to law, working his way through law school as a student police officer and eventually chief of the Student Police Force.
He began practicing law in Ontario in 1972 as a barrister, notably changing Canadian law on breaking and entering before the Supreme Court. In 1985, he moved to Florida, earning his law degree from the University of Miami, graduating cum laude and earning multiple honors.
In Florida, he led efforts to protect AIDS victims’ rights during the early epidemic, influencing hospital confidentiality policies. He has been involved in landmark cases, including the only organ donation trial to reach court, and helped develop Florida law on doctrines like manifest injustice, child support, resulting trusts, laches, and attorneys’ fees.
Throughout his career, Ticktin has tried numerous cases and contributed to legal developments, including mortgage foreclosure defenses and uncovering robo-signers, which helped secure a $30 billion settlement from banks. He was recognized as a “Distinguished Leader” by the Daily Business Review.
Our lawyers are all told on hire that The Ticktin Law Group endeavors to live up to the ideals of the new lawyers who first graduate from law school. Most law students had dreams of becoming a lawyer before they started law school. They never imagined the pressures on them to exaggerate billing, to have a witness lie, to get nasty to opposing counsel or a judge. Unfortunately, these dreams are often dashed by the realities of the real world in many law firms. We maintain a level of professionalism and the pride which goes with it where we are unfaltering, as any deviation from our norm would stand out with repugnance.
You need a law firm with the experience and know-how to devise creative solutions to your problems. A group of people who work diligently to make legal representation affordable. You need a lawyer that responds to your concerns and is attentive to your unique needs.
If that sounds like you, then we are the lawyers you want between you and your problems. Welcome to The Ticktin Law Group.
